Musical Adventures - Showstoppers!

GRADES 3-6

Students will enjoy learning many games and activities to help develop their skills for performing on stage. Fundamental skills for performing on stage will be explored, including stage directions, storytelling, projection, diction for both speech and singing, and movement/dance. Two pieces will be presented in the performance showcase at the conclusion of the class.

Super Creators Deluxe!

GRADES 3-6

In this SUPER fun class, students will co-write their own one-act scene and develop acting skills by creating in-depth characters using imagination, costumes, and wigs! They will perform their scene on the final day of class, too. Materials are already included in the class fee and all supplies will be provided. There’s no experience necessary to join the fun.

Improvisation Class

GRADES  3-6

Students will learn the techniques of Improvisational Theatre in a safe and fun environment that fosters teamwork and creativity. Through games and exercises, students learn commitment, scene work, and how to create characters in a moment’s time -- all without a script! The class will present a final performance.

Acting: Scene Study

GRADES  3-6

In this beginning acting class, students will learn the basics of building a scene using acting principles, terms, and techniques. Students will gain valuable experience by analyzing scenes, creating characters, and being directed for a performance on stage.
